Ecx were looking to provide a new platform to support the initial stages of conveyancing, making it more efficient for solicitors and clients alike.
Ecx were keen to have a simple interface that the customer could access from any device, and easily understand the key aspects: responding to queries, regular updates, and a better understanding of the process.
A simple, intuitive and contemporary dashboard was needed, and it needed it to be fully adaptive so that it could work on all devices. The dashboard would be the main hub of the application, from which a user could see an overview of any task, outstanding documentation, and correspondence – so they could act quickly to resolve the issue, or raise a question.
A highly contrasting colour palette with a simple adaptive UI layout was created, to let the user move effortlessly through the platform. The use of high contrasting colours allowed the interface to highlight what tasks a user needs to complete. The use of icons and progress graphs helps the user progress and complete a sale or purchase a property.
